You will receive 1 days free hosting for every complete hour your website is offline, providing the failure is caused by hosting equipment failure, or server software failure of the Hosting Company. This will be given as a pro-rata refund of the equivalent hosting charge for the offline period, and is subject to a maximum refund of 1 months hosting fee for the month in which the offline period or periods occur.

This level of website & e-mail hosting service is suitable for websites that are critical to business operation Eg online business tools and e-commerce sites.
It is ideal for websites that are focussed on customer confidence in the security of your website and search engine performance to gain new customers.

Should your website be offline for 60 minutes or more in any 1 calendar month, providing the failure is caused by hosting equipment failure, or server software failure of the Hosting Company, you will receive that months hosting free. This will be given as a refund of that months hosting charge for the offline period and is subject to a max refund of 1 months hosting for the month in which the offline period or periods occur.
