You will receive one days free hosting for every hour your site and emails are offline, providing the failure is caused by hosting equipment failure, or server software failure of the Hosting Company. This will be given as a refund of the equivalent hosting charge for the offline period and is subject to a max refund of 1 full calendar month for the month in which the offline period or periods occur.

The need for backups cannot be stressed enough, recovering lost data can be time consuming, costly and sometimes impossible. If your business is important to you then so are backups.
